The VariCel VXLE compact filter is designed to provide excellent performance and high energy savings for both industrial and commercial HVAC installations. This filter is able to effectively reduce energy consumption and the carbon dioxide footprint of installations. The VariCel VXLE filter’s sturdy and lightweight construction means that it is not only less susceptible to damage, but also easy to install and replace.
The VariCel VXLE filter is available in the EN779:2012 filter class range F7 - F9 and is designed for applications running at 3400 m3/h. Its rigid design and pleated fibreglass media pack ensures that it delivers the desired air quality when used in variable air volume systems, even if it is subjected to repeated fan shutdown, high relative humidity, and intermittent exposure to water.
With its uniform pleat spacing and optimal airflow through the filter, the VariCel VXLE filter offers a low operating resistance and energy consumption, certified by Eurovent. With a filter frame and header made from a combination of HIPS and ABS, the VariCel VXLE filter is not only easy to install and replace but is also fully incinerable. Its high dust holding capacity allows for a long service life, further limiting disposal and waste impact.
Due to its low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity, the VariCel VXLE filter offers multiple cost saving opportunities. The beneficial operating resistance of this filter optimizes energy consumption and therefore reduces the carbon dioxide footprint. Higher dust holding capacity results in less filter changes and an extended service life, thus reducing replacement costs.
